My first order contained a damaged oil that had leaked everywhere and when asking for a replacement I got no response. My second order arrived all ok but the paradise falls fragrance I ordered had either been mislabelled or was just completely different. No response from customer service despite emails and messenger messages. Pretty disappointing overall.
