The product is fine, same as shown on facebook post. I took a gamble and bought two even though I hadn't smelled the fragrances. When I received them, the instructions were very confusing. All I actually had to do was push up the tube then screw the fragrance bottle in. The freesia and pear, and apple and cinnamon, fragrances are spot on. The unit is very easy to operate, only a couple of buttons to press. It is quiet and doesn't require any water topping up. I haven't tried the other fragrances yet and feel if samples of the fragrance had been sent I would propbably have bought some extra to keep in stock. I bought these half price and that is worth they're worth, the units are fairly basic and wouldn't justify paying more - I paid for the convenience of not having to keep them topped up and the ease of use. I might purchase more sets in future.

Placed an order and only received 4 bottles as opposed to 11 contacted scentwave and they were very apologetic they told me they would sent the remaining 8 bottles the next day on fastest delivery 5 days later still no package so I contacted them again twice and got no response, I've now started ordering from NIKURA who are not only cheaper ( 20 bottles for the price of 10 at £2.99 each) and they came within 3 days , to say I am disappointed in scentwave is an understatement as I've lost £65.00 but I've learned my lesson.

Customer service not very good, don’t reply to emails. Didn’t receive order confirmation, in ANY of my inboxes, even though they told me it was sent. I received email for proof of delivery fine, so obviously no problem with my email! I had to message through Facebook comments to get any replies.
