Would have been a five star except for the long free delivery time of 10 days in this day and age isn't really acceptable when most on line purchases are 2 to 3 days if not next day . Sorry just my opinion

Poor communication, I wasn’t sure when the order was arriving, the order number and tracking number given didn’t work. It arrived unexpectedly around 10 days after ordering.

your logistics seem to need a bit of work. initial delivery failed, and it took too long for you guys to attempt a second one. i suggest you fix the form used to declare a delivery address, the number of the street number is required in a different field and i think this confuses the delivery guy

Scam - Stay away! This has been incredibly frustrating, and I genuinely feel misled by what seemed like a small, trustworthy business. The UK domain and the advice to buy a size up made it all seem legitimate, but the lack of upfront clarity about the returns process—especially with the warehouse being in Austria—is really disappointing. The inconsistent responses and lack of transparency definitely feel questionable, if not outright fraudulent. I’m planning to reach out to my bank or credit card provider to see if there’s any way to get my money back, given that what they provided doesn’t match what was advertised. I might also report them to Trading Standards or leave a review to warn others. Hopefully, I can get this resolved without more hassle!
