Very irritating that I called about the shirt not arriving and was told by the representative it was in transit and to refer to the shipping company. I literally had to screen shot the shipping company update showing it was not in transit !!! Finally another representative did replace the shirt and was apologetic but was a total hassle just dealing with it. The shirt sizes run bigger than normal. The material is nice.
