The shopping experience was great. My only quibble (and Happy Plant is not alone in this) is there was a massive gap between the time I got the "your package has shipped" email and when it actually shipped. This is an ongoing thing with a lot of companies and it's a bit frustrating. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about it (again, not just Happy Plant). Otherwise, everything was great.
