I travel ~190 days/year training WMD Civil Support Teams and wanted a quick breakfast alternative to hotel food. Pancake Now has been great, convenient and tasty. One suggestion: clarify to remove the foil wrapper before microwaving (learned the hard way). The Cookies & Cream Sandwich is my favorite. Big fan and will keep these in my travel rotation.
