At first one gentleman (James Ross) told me i had no orders and when i sent him all the proof that i was waiting for my items, he ignored me for a few days and then a woman (Roselle) contacted me apologizing for the delay and telling me that my order was shipped. But that James Ross it’s an asshole

Horrible experience! Sent several emails about return but can’t get a response.

I also did not receive the free travel size.That was supposed to come with it..
