I have been trying to return some Tuscan leather 412 but I have not been able to do it through the app. I think there is something wrong with this batch beyond just not smelling like Tuscan leather.. I wish they were more responsive to their customers. I’ve been happy with so many of their fragrances and have placed many orders.
