I really wanted to invest in new lamination system and did my homework and buff broz was the one that stuck out to me so I went ahead and ordered, but my expectations were not meant when I received the product smashed. I was really upset so I just threw everything in the trash. I know I should’ve submitted a complaint or pictures, but I just didn’t wanna deal with it. but since I keep getting emails about my experience, I decided to share it with you guys.

After emailing and trying to contact through the website, I have had no response from customer service.
