It was easy to order. Frustrating that the ring can't be worn. My daughter emailed customer service when it came in. Customer service responded quickly and said they would like to help and make it right. When my daughter went back to the local jewler for a resizing the jewler confirmed that Delaney is a size 4 which she ordered and that the ring that was sent measures as a 2 3/4. She put all of this in a new email to customer service and has had no response. Very disappointing.
