Easy to order but after a week, I didn’t know if the order was processed or if it was ready to ship. I called and they said the warehouse had no information on the order. I asked to cancel the order for the humidifier and demineralization cartridges. They said okay they’d cancel but then later that day they called back and said the humidifier had already shipped. About a week or two later, the cartridges showed up but never got notified they shipped. Poor communication. Not a good experience.
