Too slow getting the product in to UPS's possession and actually underway , caused delivery to be made when I was hospitalized for surgery . tried to reschedule delivery with UPS , not a snowballs chance in hell with that . paid for it but no change was made .if the product actually shipped instead of label created my rating would have been much higher .
