Both items we purchased were shipped separately with different carriers. However, this was not clear form the communication we received. After we received one item, the shipment of both was indicated as complete, leaving us wondering if carrier made a mistake. We believe it is a problem with the Shop app who may not be able to handle orders with multiple carriers. However, that should be communicated rather than leaving us wondering or having to reach out.
