Well, little to tell just yet. It has not even been a month. They promise alot and build great expectations. So that is the worst because them the fan does not delivers as promised. I do not se much of a change in temperature with the mist. The mist is nice but I wanted to work as promised and too bad. I have not dealt with warranties and costumer service, I am hopeful they are attentive if anything fails. it has only been less that a month... so still to experience!
