They have tried to be helpful, but regardless of where the blame lies, I'm still unhappy with the lengthy wait on part of my order. The first product that I received, rampage polish safe is not very effective as a stand alone chemical and I had planned on using it as a two step touchless process. It may meet my expectations when used in that manner but it lacks effective alone and the amount of chemical I had to use to achieve mediocre results was unsatisfactory.
