First, the package was delivered to a pickup station 2 km away. Not everyone has a car or easy access to public transportation, so this was very inconvenient. Second, I understand this may not be your fault, but the hair straightening kit simply does not work. My hair actually looks worse than it did before using it. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase.
