Great product for great discounted price

Was fast a deliver on time never have dull moment….on multiple things I get in replacement like a controller an a maun line for my V20 electric bike nice customer service and support team they always deliver on time an always make sure they customers up to date on new equipment etc hope they keep up the good work because it’s been a pleasure working with them

I like this company what causes too high and then picture does not match with items

There communication could be better

Received my throttle for my Tamobyke I might have gotten a little upset but this is a good Tamobyke.ty

I love my v20 pro! There is a quality issue that I can't seem to get resolved, upon unboxing it I realized the horn didn't work. I have tried to contact tamobyke by email and phone with no response in four weeks and counting. I hope they will reach out soon and resolve the issue.

I checked and confirmed over the CHAT that the motor/wheel will come with the Sprocket Wheel so I would not have to take it any where or buy a specific key for that, when for my surprise it came without the Sprocket Wheel which I probably paid more because just this part alone is $60 and I also had to pay $ 30 for the shop to move from the old wheel/motor to the new one and I informed that over the chat and I was simply ignored.
