Videos and instructions to assemble are very bad. The bike is great though.

Ordering and receiving were easy.

I love the bike itself, but the experience was a bit frustrating. The box arrived damaged despite paying for shipping protection, and one part was bent. Reaching customer service was extremely difficult, calls would hang up or go silent, and email responses only came at night, causing delays. On the positive side, they did send the replacement part promptly, and now my son can enjoy the bike. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Over all experience was great

absurd - a 3 days fed delivery and I'm coming up on 2 months. Tamobykesport is a scam and should not be trusted.

Terrible customer service. Not happy at all. Keys didn't work, headlight never showed up and im getting a hard time trying to get reimbursed

Customer service is terrible and makes everything so much more difficult than it has to be, they try to beat around the bush when it comes to returns to the point where it seems as if they don’t even wanna help you get your product sent back

The people we're friendly emailing me back be careful calling the help center they try to push scamms on you asking card information but don't give these Scammers nothing reach out through email or get in touch with someone who can really help.

We had an issue w/ our ebike a couple weeks after it arrived but they were quick and helpful and fixed what was wrong in a timely and helpful matter. The bike was good quality and our son was very happy with it in the beginning and is very happy again now that it's up and running again. We appreciate their service and willingness to stand behind their product and the 12 month warrenty.

I snuck in just before the Earth Day sale ended and got $110 off my V20 Pro. I love this E-Byke. I’m a bigger guy and my V20 Pro doesn’t even care. Carries me around no problem. It even has more torque and power than I anticipated. In my opinion, a great deal for the money!!!
