Shipping took quite a while, a lot longer than expected. Instructions aren't clear/I am not experiencing consistent repeatability brew after brew. At times the vacuum chamber won't generate enough back pressure to siphon back the brewed coffee into the flask because either there is too much temperature and gas escapes, or there is too little temperature and a strong vacuum is not generated. I would like troubleshooting advice.

Excellent experience, lovely attention to detail, very quick shipping, and a connection to my old roots of NYC.

Ordering was simple. I’m in López Mateos, Mexico. Checkout was clear, I got a tracking number right away, and the package arrived in perfect condition, well packed in foam, nothing broken. Delivery was fast and smooth. The courier contacted me before delivery to collect the local import taxes / IVA. I paid them at the door, standard process for anything coming into Mexico, no surprises, no extra fees after that.

The website easy to follow. I have sent a couple of emails while production was in process and they quickly responded my questions. Very happy with purchase process.

I was concerned that I was taking a long time to get the coffee maker to me. They were very helpful and understanding, and they explained the process. I'm glad they did, and I'm glad I waited. An excellent product and an excellent company to deal with.

I love the Kasumi’s coffee, but the thing about it is how long they took but once you do get your order, it is worth it

I feel the instructions should have you slowly raise the temperature. I also think for at least the sumo flask(any flask) should have a max fill line for water but in all i love it.

A very communicative, helpful, and polite company experience.

Great coffee maker!! When I ordered it, it took a long time to ship due to the glass being custom made. But, once I got it and made my first cup of coffee it was well worth the wait! The coffee is smooth and really good.

Shipping may take a long time due to tariffs. Be patient, and when in doubt, reach out to customer service. They're very responsive

The consumer experience would probably be better with some instructions for use, I sorted it out via watching various things online to determine dosage etc.

Shipping can be a challenge but that is somewhat to be expected with delicate glass creations like the condenser.
