Shopping was easy but I did not learn until after I purchased that components were made in Japan and put together in Wyoming. If I had known that I wouldn't have been concerned about length of time it took till I received the pkg.

Product arrived on time.

My first pkg was delivered to the wrong address. They got another sent right out.

One of the two cushions we got would not inflate at all, first time out of the bag. Please send a replacement.

Only issue was a little long to get it. If possible shipping sooner would have been better.

Very disappointed...no tracking, no address labels, even our credit card company is finding it hard to get the needed info to return the cushions.

travlr. was extremely slow to ship and deliver my order. I had to contact them to ensure they weren't a scam company, explained my need to get my order before my next trip, and was told it wouldn't arrive until I was already on my trip...some two weeks later. The order ships out of China, and uses one of the lowest rated transit/delivery companies according to the internet; sometimes this delivery company is known for not delivering their orders at all. Plan way ahead if you want your order.
