Shopping no problem

We had 2 out of 2 cushions we ordered that did not stay inflated. Abby was very quickly responsive to my issues and helped get me 2 replacement cushions. One of those did not hold air either, but the other one did and we really liked it. So she quickly replaced that one and made sure it was checked before it was sent. That one is also good and we use it all the time. The only reason I gave you 4 stars is because of the delay and frustration over the 5 cushions we received...3 of them being bad.

The instructions and the video did not convey the need to pull up an inner valve for deflation. The customer service agent was very helpful in explaining it, but I still can't get the product to fully deflate.
