The lack of up to date tracking was frustrating. It just have me an estimated date, but didn’t tell me where my products were.

Took forever to receive. Doesn’t stay inflated as long as advertised, but it is ok.

The 1st package got lost but the company, (on its own I must add) reached out and sent me another one to replace it. I did not even have to contact them. They contacted me via email. That was unexpected and certainly appreciated!
