Shipping took a ridiculously long time

It doesnt scan correctly

I sent a complaint about my product not working. Never heard from them

Sad, it’s a great idea and $25 for 3 samples that don’t do what they say they will do is a a scam.

Paid extra for fast delivery of 4 days, arrived after 1,5 months, also updates were difficult.

It would be god to reply to your messages

I ordered your product in November and it still hasn’t arrived. Scammers.

I did not receive my order, despite contacting support and waiting months.

One month delivery while it said 7-10 days and i didn't get the free things i was supposed to have

It's a great idea, but I wish the chain used for the album keychains wasn't so thick as my phone case has holes barely big enough for the ball chain. I also wish there was a way to add custom album info so they didn't send me a blank NFC. I appreciate that they were able to do the artwork at least, but now I have to do the rest.

Bad. Horrible

I had to wait for a whole month because of a "serious issue that had impacted your supply chain". That was the email I received as an answer when it took more than it was suppossed to, and my later emails where all ignored. Not only that, but the packaging was very poor for the amount of money I spent on the product, which was very expensive as well. Plus, I did not get the 3 courtesy custom album posters included with the order. The product is good, but very expensive. The delivery was awful.

Customer service is non responsive

The page disappeared halfway thru but I found out it was due to too many orders

I waited for a month and the Customer Service did Not answer me 4 times

SCAMMERS !!!

Didn’t get most of my order.

Very poor service, took over a month to get 1 album tag!!!

I easily found and made my purchase. There was a small confusion regarding the album posters, as I hadn't given any information about how I wanted them and I didn't know what I would receive in the package at the end. But overall it was good

Took a long time but it’s WORTH IT

The tags are cool but the shipping was way to long and the customizable album covers never got then didnt have to pay for them but don’t say your going to get them for free and not ship them

I waited 2.5 months for my order. After several inquiries about its whereabouts, I only received a new tracking link, but it showed the same information. After that, I received no further replies to my emails.

Customer service never replied and it took 2.5 months to arrive. Free gifts were never shipped and the NFC tag doesn’t work.

TERRIBLE. LIERS AND CHEETERS

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!! I ordered it in September and it’s NOVEMBER!!! I sent messages to the online website, social media website, and got no response. Zero customer service!!! I want my freaking money back if you’re not going to provide me with my product!!! If you’re reading this as a customer do not shop here. If there’s any humans amongst the customer service department, Give me my refund!!!! 3 months for one small order is ridiculous.

The delivery time was absolutely horrendous. But the build quality and product is great.

Ho aspettato 2 mesi per ricevere il pacco, mi avevano promesso il 20% fi rimborso ma non si è proprio visto e nessuno più mi risponde. Inoltre quando mi è arrivato il pacco mancava il disco all’interno e i poster. Ho pagato quasi 30 euro per un pezzo di plastica. Spero possiate vedere questo commento per stare attenti a comprare qui perché in caso qualcosa vada storto nessuno vi sarà d’aiuto. ATTENTI

Shocking customer service and delivery times, have emailed so much RE my order and my missing posters that I ordered. Item took almost 2 months to arrive after being told 5-7 days.
