Waiting on instructions on how to return defective pan

I bought Omega fry pan 12" with the lid on Order #OMEGA1213 for $ 167.95 on June 4, but what I received on June 15 was a pour box and inside is a pan called Ti not Omega as requested and paid

Bait and switch

The shipping took a while for it to come and it didn’t come in very good boxing. It came in a regular cardboard box. No boxes says that what’s in it. What’s the name of the pan so that’s another thing that needs to be fixed
