Bad business model, not transparent. I missed the chance to use the discount code because my shop account checked me out and was told "there was nothing to help with the order" when I ask that the discount be applied. You could refund me the amount the discount was for - I work in customer service. I was told the discount could be used for the future products - well I guess I know why, the product is subpar.
