Called to inquire about absence of 'sewn in' Rushmore tag on 4x6 nylon model we've used for years that failed in less than a week. Customer Service rep confirmed sewn-in tag no longer policy and suggested outdoor sewn polyester model replacement at 30% discount. This turned out to be less than the nylon model and looks great.
