Well, the packaging was defective, even Tho the bag it came in was still factory sealed, the product spilled all over inside he is shipping bag leaving a terrible odor in my mailbox, all my mail, the house and causing upper respiratory irritation with burning eyes and coughing. I feel my family, myself, the mailman and everyone in the post office were expose to this chemical making it dangerous for all of us. I did not know how to dispose of this chemical. so, I placed the shipping bag and the bag the product came in into a plastic bag thinking the smell will be less, but it did not make any difference. My whole back yard stinks. It appears the product bag was not inspected prior to packaging. In this case Quality Assurance failed. I also feel, it was a waste of my money since I did not get to use it for its purpose. This was a terrible, terrible deal. I want a full refund of my money. Thank you1!

Well, I heard a plant from you 3 1/2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. What’s taking so long it hasn’t even shipped yet was taking so long.!!!

Hate it it’s terrible unrealistic bright green nothing like description they cheep plastic crap that deserve to be in the bin I paid $70 USD for something I could have bought from my local $2 shop. Refund please thank you
