I did not sign up for any kind of a subscription service I wouldn’t do that. I never have done that but all the sudden you started charging me and sending me the zoom and I don’t even use it. I now have eight boxes sitting on my counter, so stop sending me and most importantly stop charging my account immediately. I need to have an email returned to let me know that you got this and that you are going to cancel it.

Firstly, I was not aware that I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I looked but did not see that in the fine print and only intended to try this product for a month. Then the product started arriving monthly, in a country where I did not live which made it difficult to retrieve.
