Firstly, I was not aware that I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I looked but did not see that in the fine print and only intended to try this product for a month. Then the product started arriving monthly, in a country where I did not live which made it difficult to retrieve. When I wanted to pause my subscription because of surgery x2, there was a lot of push back.
