I had a genuinely frustrating experience with YoungLA EU.
I redeemed loyalty points for a discount, but due to what appears to be a system error, the discount wasn’t applied correctly. Instead of resolving this properly, I was told that once the credit was processed, they “cannot reverse it” — despite it clearly being an issue on their side.
