Ordered an Alhambra screen after waiting months for them to come back in stock.
Screen was sent out to me after having to chase again from the early pre order sale that became available.
Once finally received it is a different design to what’s advertised online as the Alhambra. Sent a email explaining what’s happened along with photo evidence. Typically no response. Chased again two days later to be told they had a problem with emails. Explained again, and now I’m been ignored.
