I emailed customer service asking for support while I was having difficulty installing the shifter as it did not come with instructions. For being the most expensive shifter on the market, I expected a better customer service experience. And instructions to be in the box at bare minimum to ensure customers install the product correctly!
If I am mistaken, and numeric did in fact email me back, then I will retract my statement and may even revise my review if possible.
