First of all the dress didn't arrive on time. Second the dress looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture. It looked so cheap and the designer wasn't even the same. I paid $580 for this dress and when I emailed about the poor quality and mine and my daughter dislike of the dress they offered me a $60 refund. What an insult. Then I told them I'm not accepting that after I paid $580. Eventually I somehow reached someone and they offered me $200 and nothing more. Atleast they could've gave me 400.

I should have trusted my instincts when they claim they could not show or provide me with pictures of the same dress they previously made. I can see why, because what they made was not the dress in the picture. I had to buy another dress locally for my wedding. I
