super easy shopping

Overall these are great products. I only give less than 5 stars because we only received one pillow. They are sending the second one but I’m being a brat because I gave the first one to my husband and after I laid my head on it, I got jealous. So hopefully the second one shows up soon! Love the mattress too!

I have searched for this particular product because of the ease and quality of this frame. It was nice to find it at Evaya. Their website was easy to navigate and my order was fulfilled without any issues. My delivery was fast and everything was boxed efficiently. I would recommend Evaya to anyone that is interested in quality products and services.

I've been sleeping on the Bliss mattress for a little over a month now, and so far, it's been great. I loved the concept of an organic mattress—I didn’t want another synthetic one potentially emitting VOCs and exposing me to harmful chemicals. I scoured the internet for a genuine organic mattress without all the green washing and found Evaya through Reddit. I'm a side sleeper who prefers a firm mattress, and the Bliss mattress delivers. However, it does feel somewhat firm around my shoulders, so I may invest in one of their pillow mattress toppers to soften it just a bit. I don’t feel overly heated at night, which is a plus since I tend to sleep hot. I can’t provide feedback on how the mattress performs when shared by two individuals, esp if the individuals have a 40-50lb weight difference, but the coils feel very supportive, so I don’t anticipate issues. My only critique is the shipment process. I appreciate that the mattress was shrink-wrapped thoroughly, but it was packaged in a box that was slightly too wide. The mattress weighs around 60-ishlbs and likely bounced around in the box during transit, which tore up the cardboard. By the time FedEx delivered it, the top of the box was torn open, and it was barely holding together. My suggestion would be to add some padding around the rolled mattress so it fits snugly in the box.

It was great! The shipping was super fast and I appreciate that it was free as well. I've been in touch with customer service and they were very kind and helpful! The one thing I'd love to have seen was a better shipping box for the mattress--sturdier cardboard would be awesome. Mine had broken out of the the box during shipping. The plastic cover is great and it was undamaged, but a tougher cardboard box is something I would love to see. I also think having your logo on the box, or having a packing slip, an owners manual, or some kind of paper info with it would be sweet.

Evaya's shop was easy to navigate and had a lot of details around materials used, and certifications for their products which I really like. Easy decision to make to sleep better and be healthier
