you guys are really just TERRIBLE!! I have filled out several of these response forms, and have received no response from you!! I have mailed you the damaged coloring book, two weeks ago, and again no response!! Your phone numbers do not work, and nobody checks or responds to you emails!! I received the coloring book.. It was bent and damaged, looked like water damage. I have tried non-stop to get in touch with you guys by both phone, and email, and have never heard back from anyone to make a return. I have mailed it back to you, you should have received it. I am hoping you can refund me the cost of the damaged book. I have ordered many things from you in the past, and have never had any problem, Of course Ive never had to return anything before. Not at all happy with the customer service. Sorry!
