I am new to exposure lights but know their reputation and have seen the quality. I am pleased with the products but definitely think you could improve the customer experience in terms of packaging and explaining how to use the lights properly. I would have liked a simple qr link to a video or a guide in the box. For the money I think the packaging experience could be better but I do appreciate the fully recyclable substrates. It just didnāt wow me or match the product quality.
