They didn't offer the option to have the item left in a safe place, their courier left no note, I'm left weeks later with the item. Buying direct should be better for the customer and the company, but if you can't fulfil your orders, I'll need to spend my money at a retailer than can be trusted - even if it means the originator not making as much profit.
