Excellent customer service and support. After my parcel was mishandled and stolen due to the courier’s practices (XDP faking signatures and not ringing the bell), WalkingPad quickly arranged a replacement, kept me updated, and ensured I received the product in good condition. The product itself is great, and their assistance has been outstanding. I only hope they reconsider their delivery partner, since the courier’s behavior does not reflect WalkingPad’s otherwise very high standard of service.
