Very quick shipping and well packaged.

Received within two days of ordering and it was delivered by two people who were able to take it to where I wanted to set it up. All very easy!

Fast delivery, great packaging, struggling a bit with the app but hopefully there'll be an update that fixes any issues.

The walkingpad cracks and pops, the base board creates bubbles which support tell me to peirce leaving permanent holes in it. Dont get a folding treadmill. Just go for a normal one if you have space. Unfortunately I don't so I'm stuck with this one. However if you have no choice, and you want to run and store in a small space then this is really the only option I could find.

Easy to order, order confirmation and free Kinomap subscription code sent within minutes. Followed up a few days later with a link the delivery. All seamless and quickly delivered.

Simple purchase process. Had some issues with delivery and damaged boxes, but fortunately the pad was so well protected there was no damage. Great product shame about chosen delivery company

Did a lot of research of various pads before buying. I chose WalkingPad as I was looking for something compact. I picked the one that folds. Although its still quite bulky, it fits where I want to store it. It's fairly heavy so might be difficult for some people to move. I am trying to use it daily and have found it really good. I stick something on the TV and walk! Need to turn sound up though so I can hear it over the motor!

Buying the Walking Pad on the internet was easy and straightforward. The machine arrived when expected and helped bring it inside. This was much appreciated.

Arrived within agreed timescale. Walking Pad is quite heavy so will require some degree of care when utilising.

Initially delivery was cancelled the evening before expected which was most inconvenient plus it would be helpful to be able to speak to someone rather than emailing all of the time, albeit the tech and sales support was excellent. I would have given a five star review but for the delivery glitch and that was probably down to the carrier company.
