I was very disappointed with my experience at the Scottsdale store. The display made it appear that the perfume came with a cute carrying pouch. However, when I got home and opened it, there was no pouch included.
I checked the Sidia website and all of the other scents included a pouch. Living in Arizona, where it gets extremely hot, one of the reasons I chose the solid perfume was because I thought the pouch would help protect it if it melted in my purse.
When I called the store, I was told that this particular scent does not come with a pouch and that all sales are final. I wish this had been clearly communicated before purchase. Because of the misleading display and the lack of customer service, I will not be shopping here again.
