Very efficient with some superb products but there could be a lot more products. Also, I was rather taken aback by the one unit limit on Nurofen Rapid Relief Maximum Strength. Nurofen (other than Nuromol) contains ibuprofen without added paracetomol so there is no limit on the number of units of such products sold in the same transaction - I have myself purchased more than one unit of Nurofen Rapid Relief Maximum Strength from another pharmacy in the Republic of Ireland in the same transaction.

Honestly, The quantity wasn’t correct first, which wasn’t the first time happening after dealing with your company, I then reached out to your customer care which were unnecessarily rude around the matter, they then said they would send out the right amount after some photographic evidence, which I sent. I then heard or received nothing and approximately a week later I followed up and only received a message saying my order was on the way. As someone who usually spends a couple hundred euro on vitamins every couple months on your site, I’ll be honest, this sort of service would not have me rushing back any time soon
