I ordered 3 pairs of boots and only received 1. Its been months and I still haven’t received the other 2 pairs. I have emailed the sales and DM on instagram and no response. Please would like to get help about the 2 missing pairs of boots or at least get my money back. The python boots did not fit and were narrow even though I ordered EE.

Horrible experience from the beginning. The boots that I did get didn't fit, they are way too narrow, once I reached out to sun city I learned they charge to refund or exchange. Decided to exchange just because of the 20% restock fee on a refund and never got a pair of boots after that. Ended up filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Just bad customer service and super rude responses from sun city. Will not buy from them again.
