The product itself is great. It almost blows harder than my Milwaukee yard blower. Its loud sounds like a turbine engine. Pretty sweet actually. only complaint i have it the handle. Needs to be a smidgen longer so big hand boys can hold it without looking snooty. I have to hold my pinky out to hold. Other than that, great tool.

I ordered the Blower and a battery on July 6th. Order #10574 was received a month later and the battery didn't work at all. Won't take a charge. Reached out on Aug 5th letting Storm know that the battery didn't work. They responded on the 9th asking for a video of the battery not working, so I sent that and haven't heard anything since. Sent another email on Sept 15th and nothing but crickets. You might want to stay away from buying anything from Storm Industries
