I emailed customer service with a photo showing parts missing and no one ever responded. Had to go to a hardware store and buy the parts to finish putting this together. I guess that's why it's cheap. Should have gone through a local store instead. I would have received far superior customer service I'm sure. Anything is better than no customer service at all.

this was the worst experience I have had with an order placed online. The color was not as it looked when ordering it, no problem there. Trying to return it was a nightmare. We sent 2 emails and received no feedback. We checked our spam and nothing. My wife finally called and spoke to someone who took all the info necessary and would call us back. they did and Eletriclife offered to take a mere$8 to keep it. I want to call the BBB and lodge a complaint unless you give me a fair offer to keep it. I want 50% credited and I will keep it.
