I was shown a message about an extra bottle after I had already paid and purchased the initial bottles and I didn't even realise how I ordered this extra one, I sent an email to customer service straight away to cancel the extra one but received no response. I got it delivered and I want to return it. Customer service have not replied to my 10 emails.
