It was too easy to make an error and sign up for three tubes per month which turns out to be excessive. I had to put a bit of effort into cancelling that pace when it became evident that I had amassed a stockpile that I couldn’t possibly use while continuing to receive the amount of product I had signed up for.
I would ask the company to make the ordering choices more clear so that future clients do not meet the same issue I did and have to dedicate extra effort to reverse that oversight.
