Ordered 2 units - “give one as a gift”, but order confirmation said imordered one smoker plus “FREE” 12 tins of wood chips for an additional $39.95. Complained and got told that I got what I ordered. No explanation of why “FREE” wood chips would cost $39.95 even though I asked twice. Rip off. Possible. At the very least bad coordination between storefront and ordering/fullfillment.
