Not a fan of the delivery experience. It seems limited, a wild goose chase and not friendly for someone who's always on the go. Package didn't have an option to be rerouted to a Fedex office and stayed on the van till it was collected in person at the door which is inconvenient if there's no one home. It would be an excellent experience if you open up delivery options.
