I have scored my review of this online store as a 3 out of 5 due to a lack of reply from a query that I made to customer support. There was an offer on at the time of my purchase of the Smoke and Mirrors fragrance that stated that if i bought a 100ml bottle I would get a shower gel/body wash free, which I didn’t receive. I messaged customer support to query this and I got no reply at all. I have since realised that I should have added the free item to my basket at the time of purchase and totally accept that it was my fault as to why I didn’t receive it. I like the fragrance, but am disappointed that my message wasn’t replied to, even if it was just a “Sorry, but you needed to add it to your order at the time” or words to that affect.

I didn't realize the perfume was coming from Antrim - N Ireland but the travel time was ok. FedEx delivered it ok. Your packaging is quality and attractive. I love the magnetic lid too. I hope to purchase travel bottles for my purse to have the fragrance when needed.
