The product arrived and it was broken and had no cologne in it so I sent it back in a second bottle was sent out and when I received it, it also was broken and had no cologne in it so I did not get to wear any of your cologne and I got tired of fooling with trying to receive an undamaged package so I did not order anymore. You need to improve your shipping procedures and maybe put more protection in the box so that the product does not get damaged.
