Shipment, unknowingly to me, had signature required. Shipped via Fed Ex delivering to a rural address customer is required to be home to accept delivery. QFedEx does not give an ETA whatsoever for the next attempted delivery time because they do not have established routes with established drivers so for me to accept this package means I would have to stay home all day until the package arrives. Holding the package at the FedEx terminal was extremely inconvenient I am an hour and a half away
